In a world on contradictions, today is both the best day and worst day of the year. January 23rd is National Pie Day and, according to science today, January 23, 2006 is the Most Depressing Day of 2006. Hey, it's Monday, and that's bad enough for me. Maybe I'll just eat lots of pie, get a sugar high, become depressed when I crash and can't button my pants, then just start eating more pie. Oh, you delicious vicious cycle.
I did see a typo in the Red Eye this morning, but that's nothing new.
